Joseph A. “Andy” Castillo, Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) #6756, is a Lufkin native and the founder of East Texas Land Surveying. In his professional career, he has been a part of surveying projects all over the state including San Antonio, Dallas Fort Worth, the Permian Basin, and finally back into the Piney Woods of East Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science-Geospatial Science Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate of Applied Science-Drafting and Design Degree from Angelina College.
